Goodwill’s mobile donation center is one of LCR’s newest opportunities to serve our community. 
Located in the northwest church parking area, the attended trailer is open Monday – Saturday, 8 am – 6 pm; Sunday, 9 am – 5 pm.
Back before we associated the three “Rs” with stewardship of creation, Rev. Edgar J. Helms, a Methodist minister and early social innovator was busy utilizing “reduce, re-use and recycle” as the foundation for Goodwill Industries’ system of providing “a hand-up”. Your donations change lives by making it possible for Goodwill® to help people get training and find jobs. Throughout the 10 counties served by Goodwill-Suncoast, last year more than 15,000 people were placed in jobs and over 89,000 people were served in other ways like training programs and affordable housing.
Our community enjoys tremendous blessings and this is an avenue through which many of those blessings can flow to people in need. We believe that supporting and encouraging our neighborhood’s involvement through donations of clothing and household items is part of our mission and partnership with Christ in the world.
